FAQ - groupCALL
With cellity groupCALL you will be able to make calls with multiple contacts at a time. Within seconds you can add numerous contacts into the application or even save them as contact group if you desire to call the same group of contacts later again. Using the call-back method, the server will first call you and then all your contacts within the group connecting all of you.
After downloading and installing cellity groupCALL is in the program, application or game folder of your mobile phone.
In most cases it is started automatically after the installation. For later usage you must start cellity groupCALL manually.
Answer “Allow” or “Yes” to the question “Permit/Allow Internet Connection?”
Now you are in the main menu of cellity groupCALL and can use the different functions of our application here.
If you cannot download groupCALL by GPRS, this is because of incorrect or existing WAP/GPRS profiles on your mobile phone. Many mobile manufacturers and network carrier providers offer a configuration SMS, with which you can easily implement the necessary profiles in your mobile phone.

In the main menu of cellity groupCALL please select “More” or “Options”.
Select “New call”.
In the input fields enter the desired phone numbers you wish to call. (On some mobile phones you can even add contacts from your mobile phone's contact list or from contacts previously saved in cellity groupCALL).
By pressing “More” or “Options” you can add extra contacts by selecting “Additional receivers” thereby creating your groupCALL.
Start your call by selecting “Call (cellity)”.
If this group does not have a name in your cellity contact list you can now give a name for this group. Now start the call by selecting “Call” in More or Options.
The progress of the connection is now shown to you in your phone's display. As soon as all necessary connections are made the message “Dial Successful” is displayed and you will receive a call from cellity. After accepting this call you will hear the announcement “Please wait while the receivers are connected”. When your recipients likewise answer their call from cellity you will be connected to your conference call.
Using this feature of cellity worldCALL you can trigger a conversation from your mobile phone redirecting the call-back to another device. Let's say you are from Italy and are travelling in the USA. You now use your cell phone to tell cellity to connect your hotel room phone wth your mother's phone back home in good old Milan. Why do this? Because this way you avoid expensive roaming charges for your cell phone. The server will then not call back your cell phone, but the device you specified, e.g. the landline phone in the US hotel and when you answer it will call your mom overseas.
In the main menu of cellity groupCALL please select “More” or “Options”.
Select “New remote call”.
Enter the telephone number of the phone you wish to hold the conversion with, instead of your mobile phone. (Either fixedline or mobile phone numbers are possible).
Continue with “More” or “Options” > “Continue”.
Next enter the receiver(s) of your remote call. In the input fields enter the desired phone numbers you wish to call. (On some mobile phones you can even add contacts from your mobile phone's contact list or from contacts previously saved in cellity groupCALL).
Start your call by selecting “Call (cellity)”.
The progress of the connection is now shown to you in your phone's display. As soon as all necessary connections are made the message “Dial Successful” is displayed, you will receive a call from cellity to the phone you indicated you wish to use for your remote call.
You can now see on your mobile phone the option to “End Calls”. This will terminate all participants in the current remote call discussion.
cellity remote call is only available in certain supported countries and only after you have once connected with our system (e.g. by the inquiry of the account balance or when you first make a call with cellity groupCALL).
You can top up your cellity funds by either of the following:
via My cellity webpage:
goto My cellity -> My Account -> Top Up -> then select the amount you wish to add with either the PayPal or Credit card payments options.
via your mobile phone:
Within your cellity application goto Account -> Top up credit
A SMS will now be sent to you with a secure download link. Please exit or minimise your cellity application open the SMS and follow the download link. (This page can be bookmarked for future use.) Ensure the security code is the same as the one given to you by your cellity application, choose the amount you wish to add then press continue.
Now enter your credit card details on the next secure ClickPay page and submit the order.
Yes, you can specify in the options whether your call number will be indicated to your receivers or not. cellity groupCALL cannot use the phone's settings for this feature, so you have to activate these settings again within the application. By default the option is set to show the caller ID.
Yes a GPRS connection is necessary for using cellity groupCALL. The resulting cost is of the data tariffs (via GPRS) you agreed upon with your mobile phone provider. All cellity products are optimized for minimal data traffic.
